There are three main areas for existing home owners and the area that contains the information relevant to you will depend on your relationship with Orbit First Step.
If you purchased your home with the aid of a HomeBuy equity loan, which topped up the mortgage and is a secured charge on the property, visit our HomeBuy Loan page.
If you purchased your home under the part buy/part rent shared ownership scheme or New Build HomeBuy, visit our Shared Owners page.
If you own your home and your relationship with Orbit First Step is because we are the landlord or managing agent for the building your home is in or we manage an area of land which you have a financial reponsibility to contribute towards, then visit our Other Home Owners page.
